Refund & cancellation policy
How subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work at Listings Studio.
Overview
Listings Studio is a subscription service for real estate brokers, available on Core, Pro, and Studio plans billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay. Launch offers such as Founding Pro follow the same cancellation and refund terms. Listed prices exclude GST. This page explains how cancellation works, when refunds apply, and how to request one.
Free trial
- Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can evaluate Listings Studio before paying anything.
- No payment details are required to start the trial. You are only charged if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Plan & billing inside the app.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — monthly or yearly, whichever you are on.
- You keep full access to your plan until the cycle ends, and no further charges are made after that.
- Cancelling does not delete your account or your listing data.
7-day money-back guarantee
- Every subscription charge — first payment or renewal, monthly or yearly — is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.
- If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full — no questions, no friction.
- Once the refund is issued, your paid access ends and your account returns to the locked state until you subscribe again.
Auto-renewal & refunds after 7 days
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
- Beyond the 7-day window, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods or for unused time after you cancel.
- If you cancel partway through a cycle, your access continues until the cycle ends instead of a partial refund.
When we always refund in full
Independent of the 7-day window, you are entitled to a full refund when something goes wrong on the billing side:
- Duplicate charges — you were billed more than once for the same billing period.
- Billing errors — you were charged the wrong amount, or for a plan you did not subscribe to.
- Charges after a confirmed cancellation — you were billed for a cycle after your cancellation had taken effect.
To request a refund, email support@listings-studio.com as soon as you notice the charge, including the payment reference if you have it.
How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically reach your account within 5–7 business days. Razorpay and bank processing timelines apply and may vary.
